Spring meeting	Date: Saturday, May 19 Time: 10 am to 11:30 am Place: Wheatland Town Hall
4th of July Kids Parade and Games	Date: Saturday June 30 Time: Bake sale 9 AM, costume judging 10:30 - 10:45 AM, parade 11 AM, games after the parade Description: Costume categories: Kids on American Wheels – Decorate your bike or stroller in red, white, and blue Kids Across America – Dress as a landmark or event from one of the 50 states; make sure you can tell the judges about it! Famous American Heroes – Dress as a famous Astronaut, President, Scientist, Explorer, Inventor, Military person, or other renowned American Funniest Patriotic Kids – Celebrate the holiday with humor by putting a funny twist on some patriotic theme Parade starts at 11 AM at Lily Lake Rd and 77th St. Chairperson:  shared by Board members
Movie night on the beach	Date: July 21 Description: Movie to be announced, starts at dusk (7:30 PM or thereabouts)
Movie night on the beach & Venetian night	Date: August 11 Time: Dusk - 7:30 pm or thereabouts Description: Showing Wizard of Oz on the beach at dusk (7:30 PM or thereabouts). Decorate boats in Oz style or in any other way you want.
Neighborhood garage sale	Date: Not planned for 2012 Time: 9 am to 3 pm  Description: Neighborhood residents who want to sell set out tables in front of their homes Needed: People to sell from their garages Chairperson: Mike Adam (balooadam@yahoo.com)
Fall meeting and election of officers	Date: Saturday, August 25 Time: 10 am - 11:30 am Place: Wheatland Town Hall
Fall Decorating contest	Date: October 27/28 Time: Judges will view decorations on one or both days Description: Decorations will be viewed for coherent theme, beauty, good coverage of the house, and overall artistic merit.
