Spring meeting	Date: Saturday, May 4 Time: 10 am to 11:30 am Place: Wheatland Town Hall
4th of July Kids Parade and Games	Date: Thursday July 4 Time: Bake sale starts at 10 AM. Costume judging 10:30 - 10:45 AM, parade 11 AM, games after the parade Description: Costume categories: Kids on American Wheels – Decorate your bike or stroller in red, white, and blue Famous American Heroes  – Dress as a famous Astronaut, President, Scientist, Explorer, Inventor, Military person, or other renowned American Funniest Kids – Celebrate the holiday with humor Most Original Group – Use your imagination to wow the judges with a unique costume Parade starts at 11 AM at Lily Lake Rd and 77th St. Chairpersons:  Jim and Joan Schneider
Movie night on the beach	Date: July 20 Description: Movie is XXX, starts at dusk (8:15 PM trivia and cartoon trailers followed by the main feature at 8:30 PM)
Movie night on the beach & Venetian night	Date: August 17 Time: 6 PM boat judging & parade, movie at 8 pm or thereabouts Description: Judging and parade of boats at the public fishing pier at 6 PM. Showing XXX (TBF) on the beach at dusk (8 PM or thereabouts). Decorate boats in XXX theme. 2012 winners: The Keppels (Somewhere Over the Rainbow), Griffin family (Yellow Brick Road), McCarthy family (Red Shoes).
Neighborhood garage sale	Date: Not planned for 2013 Time: 9 am to 3 pm  Description: Neighborhood residents who want to sell set out tables in front of their homes Needed: People to sell from their garages Chairperson: Mike Adam (balooadam@yahoo.com)
Fall meeting and election of officers	Date: Saturday, August 24 Time: 10 am - 11:30 am Place: Wheatland Town Hall
Holiday Lighting contest	Date: December 21-22 Time: Judges will view decorations on one or both days Description: Decorations will be viewed for coherent theme, beauty, good coverage of the house, and overall artistic merit. • July 18 - 22: Country Thunder 2013 is SOLD OUT. No single-day tickets will be sold.
